Who We Are
The disciples who make up Saint Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church are passionate about serving the community; welcoming others as we have been welcomed by God; and coming alongside our youth, young families, and adults of all ages on their journey
of discipleship.
We are Lutheran Christians, which means that we are a people who understand God to be gracious and generous. As it says in Psalm 103, "the Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love."

About the ELCA
St. Peter is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The ELCA is a church that shares a living, daring confidence in God’s grace. As members of the ELCA, we believe that we are freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbor. With our hands, we do God’s work of restoring and reconciling communities in Jesus Christ’s name throughout the world. Our Goals
Our primary task is to proclaim the gospel, which is the good news of the life and ministry, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As a Christian congregation, we also provide ways in which people can serve their Lord and the wider world in which we
live. As God is gracious with us, so do we seek to be generous ourselves, giving ourselves and our resources.
